A woman reported missing from Woy Woy has been located safe and well.
The 62-year-old woman was reported missing after she was last seen leaving a home on The Boulevard about 10am Friday 4 August 2023.
When she could not be located or contacted, she was reported missing to officers from Brisbane Water Police District, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, including several public appeals, the woman was located safe and well in Brisbane, Queensland, about 8pm yesterday (Monday 2 October 2023).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
