Northern Territory Police have arrested 2 youths after an assault in Palmerston earlier today.
Around 7:15am, police received reports that 2 males, aged 16 and 18, were allegedly assaulted by 2 males, aged 17, at the Palmerston Bus Depot.
The 18-year-old suffered head injuries and was conveyed to Palmerston Hospital for treatment. The 16-year-old also suffered injuries but did not require treatment.
Both alleged offenders were arrested immediately after the incident and remain in police custody. They are expected to be charged later today.
Strike Force Trident have carriage of investigations and enquiries are ongoing.
