A Northern Territory police officer has been charged and remanded into custody to appear in Darwin Court on Monday 25 September 2023.
The 30-year-old male officer was charged with Sexual Intercourse without consent, Choking, strangling or suffocating in a domestic relationship and Aggravated assault.
The matter is under investigation by the Professional Standards and Domestic Violence Command.
