A motorcyclist has died following a traffic crash in Gilberton this morning, 11 August.
Initial investigations indicate just before 10am a white Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 motorcycle was travelling on Stapylton Jacobs Well Road, when it left the road and crashed into a traffic sign.
A 63-year-old Jacobs Well man was declared deceased at the scene.
Anyone with further information or relevant vision in the lead up to the crash is urged to contact police.
Investigations are ongoing.
