Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Karalee

Police are investigating the cause of a crash at Karalee earlier today where a man died.

Just after 3.30am this morning, a blue Mazda 3 was travelling along the Warrego Highway when it crashed into a concrete pylon.

A 23-year-old Brassall man, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died as a result of the crash.

The crash resulted in the highway being closed for several hours as investigations commenced.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact police.
