The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a two-vehicle traffic crash at Cornubia on 30 June.
Initial investigation indicate that around 10.45pm, a silver Toyota Camry travelling east on Wuduru Road collided with a white Haval Jolion travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of Toyota, a 32-year-old Shailer Park man, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital
The driver of the Haval, a 18-year-old Mount Cotton man, sustained minor injuries and transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant information or footage of the incident to come forward.
