Police responding to serious traffic crash at North Toowoomba

Police are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred on Jellicoe Street, North Toowoomba this morning.

Preliminary investigations indicate around 3.30am a Nissan skyline carrying six people has collided with a tree.

The six occupants of the vehicle all sustained various injuries, with the driver and front seat passenger requiring extraction from the vehicle.

Four of the occupants were transported to Toowoomba Hospital, two in a serious condition, while two others remain stable.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
