Police are appealing for public assistance as they search for missing Glen Iris man Andrew.
The 88-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen at a property on Hope Street about 7.15pm on Saturday, 12 September.
Police and family have concerns for Andrew due to his age, medical condition and his disappearance being out of character.
He is Caucasian, of medium build with short grey hair.
Andrew was last seen wearing a grey vest, grey trackpants and brown shoes.
Police have released an image of Andrew in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
