Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Raymond.
The 69-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen on Buckley Street in Footscray about 9.15pm on Saturday, 21 January.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his medical condition.
Raymond is described as about 168cm tall, of medium build with short grey hair. He also walks with a walking frame.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper and black pants.
Police have released an image of Raymond in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
