Police are seeking public assistance in locating a 25-year-old woman missing from the Maryborough area since 19 May.
Gypsy Facer was last seen leaving a Tooley Street residence at 4.30pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall with a slim build and shoulder-length brown hair which is shaved at the front.
She was last seen wearing a black top and grey trackpants.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
Officers are urging Gypsy or anyone who may have information about her whereabouts to contact police.
