Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing 86-year-old Dandenong man Azizuddin.
Azizuddin was last seen at a shopping centre on McCrae Street in Dandenong about 2.15pm on Monday afternoon.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and his disappearance is extremely out of character.
He is described as Middle Eastern appearance with grey hair, stubble and was wearing a green jacket, grey tracksuit pants with a black stripe, grey beanie, black slippers and carrying a walking stick.
Police have released an image of Azizuddin in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
