Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Malvern man Eleas, who also goes by the name Louie.
The 80-year-old was last seen on Alice Street in Malvern around 10.10am on Friday, 6 October.
Police have concerns for Eleas’ welfare as he has dementia.
Eleas is Caucasian, about 180cm tall, of heavy build with white hair.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, striped shirt, blue jeans, blue puffer jacket and brown shoes.
Investigators have released an image of Eleas in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Eleas is urged to call Triple Zero (000) or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Malvern Police Station on 8823 5600.
