Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hallam man Ivan.
The 86-year-old was last seen in Berwick about 10.30am on 27 April.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a number of medical conditions.
He was last seen wearing a grey and white check top, and silver glasses.
Investigators have released an image of Ivan in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ivan or with information is urged to contact Endeavour Hills Police Station on 9709 7666.
