Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jai.
The 28-year-old was last seen at a medical facility in Monash Street in Shepparton around 2.30pm on Saturday, 7 October.
Police have concerns for Jai’s welfare due to a medical condition.
Jai is about 186cm tall, of solid build with black hair, a beard, moustache and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jumper and black pants.
Investigators have released an image of Jai in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Jai or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
