Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wantirna man Lee.
The 49-year-old was last seen by his carers at Prenton Court about 6pm on Friday, 19 April.
Police have concerns for Lee’s welfare due to medical conditions including dementia.
Lee is described as about 176cm tall, of thin build with dark shoulder-length hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and blue shorts.
Police have released an image of Lee in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
