Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Malcolm.
The 39-year-old was last seen on Sir Laurence Drive, Seaford about 12.30pm on Saturday, 23 March.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Malcolm is known to catch public transport and is Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, with a medium to solid build, blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing grey track pants, blue jumper sandals and was carrying a satchel bag.
Investigators have released an image of Malcolm in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who has seen Malcolm is urged to call the Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
