Police are searching for missing Frankston North woman Sarah.
The 24-year-old was last seen today and is believed to be headed into the city area.
Sarah is described as 165cm tall, solid build and brown shoulder length hair and was wearing a black hoodie, purple / blue tie dye track pants and white shoes.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her medical conditions and she has an intellectual disability.
Investigators have released an image of Sarah in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Sarah or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
