Police are seeking public assistance regarding investigations into multiple robberies, armed and unarmed, across various North Brisbane suburbs overnight.
About 10.50pm last night (November 13) an unknown man entered a bottle shop at a licensed venue on Gympie Road, Aspley and produced a box cutter before demanding cash from an employee.
The man then left the shop on foot with the cash, heading northbound on Gympie Road.
About 2.40am, a man entered a service station also at Gympie Road, Aspley, and approached the counter before producing a box cutter and requesting cash from an employee.
The employee did not comply, and the man left the store with a pack of energy drinks, walking towards Maundrell Terrace.
At 3am, a man entered a service station at Sandgate Road, Clayfield and demanded cash from an employee while holding a box cutter.
The man threatened the employee before stealing cash and leaving the address.
About 5.30am, a man armed with a box cutter entered a service station on Lutwyche Road, Windsor before stealing cash and cigarettes and exiting on foot.
At 5.45am, a man entered a service station at Enoggera Road, Alderley and approached the counter with a number of grocery items before demanding cash from an employee.
The man left the store with cash and was last seen walking along Enoggera Road.
About 5.50am, a man entered a service station at Browns Dip Road, Enoggera before producing a box cutter and demanded cash from an employee.
The employee complied and the man left the store on foot with cash and tobacco.
No one was injured during these robberies.
Poice believe the same man was involved in all of these offences.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 175cm tall with a bald head.
He was wearing a red bandanna with white detail over his face, a grey jumper, dark shorts and white shoes.
Detectives from the North Brisbane Criminal Investigation Branch are investigating.
Police believe the man pictured below may be able to assist with ongoing investigations and urge anyone with information regarding this man’s identity to come forward.
