Police seek information on Unlawful entries – Batchelor

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to two alleged unlawful entries at Batchelor last week.

Two offenders entered a business at about 3:20am on Thursday 13 February 2020. The offenders left the store with 10 cartons of cigarettes. At 4:30am the next day, the store was broken into a second time with the offenders stealing multiple phones.

CCTV footage of the first unlawful entry captured the offenders with their faces covered and wearing dark coloured clothing with white gloves.

During the second unlawful entry, CCTV captured two offenders inside the store. They are both described as teenage males of thin build and dark complexion. Their heads were covered and they wore white gloves.

Sergeant Paul Parkanyi said police are seeking public assistance to identify the offenders.

“Batchelor is a small town so someone must know something. Anyone who knows the identity of the offenders or who has knowledge of stolen cigarettes and mobile phones is urged to come forward.” said Sergeant Parkanyi.
