Police are appealing for witnesses following a pursuit in Bayswater last night.
Maroondah Highway Patrol officers were stationary on Station Street when they observed a silver utility speed through a red light eastbound on Mountain Highway about 7.20pm.
The vehicle continued driving erratically when a pursuit was initiated on Bayswater Road and the driver failed to pull over.
The pursuit continued to Canterbury Road and Dorset Road when it was terminated due to safety concerns.
Investigations are ongoing to try and locate the vehicle and its driver.
