A man had died, and a homicide investigation now launched following a shooting incident at Toowoomba in March.
The 25-year-old was located at a Coonan Street address in Harlaxton around 2.50am on Tuesday, March 15 with a gunshot to the head.
The man was initially taken to Toowoomba Hospital and then transferred to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he died this morning as a result of injuries sustained in the shooting and medical complications.
Toowoomba detectives with the assistance of the Homicide Investigation Unit continue to appeal for information into the circumstances.
