Police update: Charges – Robbery in Darwin 28 July

Northern Territory Police have charged a man in relation to a vehicle robbery in Parap last month.

Detective Senior Sergeant Brett Cottier said, “The stolen vehicle was recovered in Berrimah last month. Investigations remain ongoing to identify the other offenders.

The 23-year-old man was arrested yesterday by the Dog Operations Unit, he has been charged with:

  • Aggravated robbery
  • Aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
  • Stealing
  • Criminal damage

He was remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court tomorrow.
