Police have charged a man following the death of a 49-year-old Murrumba Downs man in Caboolture overnight.
It will be alleged around 10pm the two men were involved in an altercation at a hotel on Aerodrome Road when one was struck, causing him to fall and hit his head on the concrete.
The 49-year-old man died at the scene.
A 29-year-old Caboolture man has been charged with unlawful striking causing death.
He is due to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court today.
