Notice is given that Warrnambool City Council (Council) proposes to make a local law titled “Revocation Local Law 2024” (the proposed Local Law).
The following information about the proposed Local Law is provided in accordance with section 73 of the Local Government Act 2020:
Objectives of the proposed Local Law
The objective of the proposed Local Law is to revoke Council’s Local Law Number 2 – Short Stay Accommodation Local Law.
Intended effect of the proposed Local Law
The intended effect of the proposed Local Law is to revoke Council’s Local Law Number 2 – Short Stay Accommodation Local Law immediately upon Council making the proposed Local Law.
