Have your say on the draft brush-tailed rock-wallaby and Pookila (new holland mouse) recovery plans.

Listed as Vulnerable under the EPBC Act, the brush-tailed rock-wallaby and Pookila are two of the 110 Priority Species under the Threatened Species Action Plan 2022-2032.

Both species face threats such as:

  • habitat loss
  • predation by introduced species
  • climate change.

The draft recovery plans outline crucial research and management actions to stop the decline and support the recovery of these extraordinary species.

Your input matters, and your feedback will be used to inform the final recovery plan.

The public comment period closes 25 April 2024.
