Council has developed a Draft Policy for Managing Conflict of Interest for Council Related Development which is on public exhibition at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au until close of business on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
The Draft Policy has been prepared in response to legislative requirements that require all Councils to adopt a policy that specifies how it manages conflicts of interest in connection with Council related Development Applications.
A hard copy of the Draft Policy can also be viewed during the exhibition period at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor from 9am to 4pm.
Council will receive online submissions via www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au
