Public service employee detected drink driving

A Victoria Police public service employee has been detected drink driving in Broadford.

The 38-year-old man was intercepted on Hamilton Street on Saturday 6 August just before 12.30am.

A preliminary breath test indicated a positive result before an evidentiary breath test returned an alleged reading of .095.

The man, who works in a corporate department, will have his licence disqualified and was issued a $555 infringement notice for drink driving.
