Publication of compliance guidance materials

We’ve recently developed the linked guidance material to support providers in meeting their compliance obligations after they’ve been found non‑compliant at a performance assessment (audit) or monitoring activity.

It was identified that providers are:

  • unclear on entering and meeting the requirements of an Agreement to Rectify.
  • not addressing all non-compliances in their response.
  • not organising documentation appropriately or logically, delaying assessment of their evidence.

We have revised our webpage on what happens after your performance assessment if you’re non‑compliant to provide clarity around the Agreement to Rectify (ATR) process and educate providers on how they can be successful in entering into an ATR.

We’ve created an easy-to-follow guide to rectifying non‑compliance to step providers through identifying, planning and rectifying their non‑compliance.
