The RACS Melbourne office will close temporarily from 7 pm Friday 28 July 2023 and reopen 7 am Monday 2 October 2023. Melbourne staff will work remotely during that time.
Please note that level four of the Melbourne office won’t be accessible from 7 pm Friday 14 July which is two weeks earlier than the full temporary closure of the building. However, level three will be accessible.
The temporary closure of the building needs to take place as important work will be carried out on the heating ventilation air-conditioning (HVAC) plant to replace the mechanical plant including chillers, plant deck, pipework, and associated equipment that is over 20 years old and approaching the end of life.
Change to street access for building
From early July, you won’t be able to enter and exit the building from Nicholson Street. Please use the main entrance on Lonsdale Street. Please ensure you follow all safety signage and instructions. DDA access will still be available via Nicholson Street.
