City of Salisbury is home to a number of fitness centres and leisure programs that keep our community connected. A few changes are being made at some of our centres, and we would like our community to be aware of the following.
On July 1, the Ingle Farm Recreation Centre, and Parafield Gardens Recreation Centre, home to a range of sport and recreation programs, transitioned into new management under Bluefit, a dedicated recreation and leisure facility management company.
Bluefit aims to inspire community activity and form a strong culture in the facilities they manage. Programs and activities in these centres will not be interrupted in this changeover, and they look forward to serving our community.
Another key recreational facility, Little Para Golf Course, is under new management with Greenspace, a bespoke golf facility operator. Greenspace is devoted to using market leading, innovative solutions to provide the best possible experience for all of Little Para Golf Course’s visitors.
The plans for the site include the introduction of a Shanx Mini Golf facility, and integration of technology on the driving range. It will have modern amenities designed to welcome all of the community, and we couldn’t be more excited to further improve an already valuable community asset.
These changes mean that City of Salisbury can continue providing high quality options to keep our community connected and active, and we look forward to working with Bluefit and Greenspace.
