The Research and Development Tax Incentive (R&DTI) is implementing reforms that aim to improve how people engage with the program.
We want to understand:
- the time people spend accessing the incentive
- their experience in engaging with the program
- how useful they find the program guidance
We have developed a customer survey to seek your views. Your responses will help us to target specific areas for improvement to ensure the R&DTI is accessible to companies who are doing eligible R&D.
