The decking, balustrade and lighting on the Rippleside Jetty, Drumcondra, will be upgraded during the coming weeks. The end result will be a more accessible walkway, solar lighting and a timber handrail which reflects the heritage character of the Eastern Beach swimming enclosure.
During the works, there will be no public access to the jetty and the jetty will not be lit at nightime. Vessels operators are requested to take extra care in the vicinity.
The project has been funded by Better Boating Victoria in conjunction with the City.
