Northern NSW

The Pacific Highway remains closed between Ballina and Glenugie and between Cudgera Creek Road and Gold Coast Highway. Due to current flood levels and weather forecasts, it is unlikely to open today (Tuesday, 1 March).

The Bruxner Highway is also closed at various locations between Ballina and Lismore and Lismore and Casino. There is currently no time frame as to when it will reopen.

The Gwydir Highway from Grafton to Glen Innes has reopened.

We continue to assess all roads and are considering every option to get heavy vehicles into towns where supplies are need. Industry should check both LiveTraffic.com and QLDTraffic.qld.gov.au before travelling.
