Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Satch Reid.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to driving offences, reckless conduct endangering life and criminal damage.
Reid is described as being 175cm tall, medium build with short light brown hair.
He is known to frequent Kinglake, Bundoora and Greensborough areas.
Reid may be travelling in either a 2011 blue Toyota Corolla sedan with registration YES-603 or a 2018 blue Toyota Corolla sedan with registration 1OC-7CH.
Investigators have released an image of Reid in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
