Joondalup Detectives, with the assistance of the Drug and Firearm Squad, executed a search warrant at a house on Wilkie Avenue Yanchep around 10am yesterday, Wednesday 23 September 2020.
A man and woman were present at the time of the search warrant.
The residence was searched and it will be alleged that an amount of drugs, as well as items consistent with drug manufacture (subject to further analysis), were located.
A 49 year old man from Yanchep has been charged with:
• Manufacture a Prohibited Drug
• Possessed a Prohibited Drug
• Possession of a Prohibited Drug With Intent to Sell or Supply (Methylamphetamine)
• Possession of Prohibited Drugs with Intent to Sell or Supply (Cannabis)
• Possessed any drug paraphernalia in or on which there was a prohibited drug or plant
A 48 year old woman from Yanchep has been charged with:
• Manufacture a Prohibited Drug
• Possession of a Prohibited Drug With Intent to Sell or Supply (Methylamphetamine)
• Possession of Prohibited Drugs with Intent to Sell or Supply (Cannabis)
• Possession of stolen or unlawfully obtained property
• Possessed any drug paraphernalia in or on which there was a prohibited drug or plant
Both are due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday 12 October 2020.
