The Security Council will convene this morning under its agenda item “The situation in the Middle East” to discuss the situation in Yemen.
The 15-nation organ will be briefed by Hans Grundberg, the Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for that country, as well as Joyce Msuya, Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator.
