The Deputy Censor will work alongside the Censor and provide greater capacity for SIMG interviews throughout the year. This will mean a faster application process for SIMGs.
The role will also work closely with the Kaiwhakahaere Pōkai Taiwhenua – Executive Officer SIMGs at AoNZ office. They will be a key point of contact for the Executive Officer in the coordination of Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) advice and interviews.
