When we find or receive a report for dumped rubbish, we mark off the area with tape while we investigate where it came from.
So, if you see this tape, you can trust that we’re working on it.
We know the way we respond to litter and dumped rubbish is important to you. Our approach to tackling dumped rubbish involves investigations and action to enforce Local Laws, which may include issuing heavy fines or other penalties to those found responsible.
We also deliver education through school and kindergarten visits, raising awareness about the importance of managing waste responsibly.
