Services affected by today’s Territory-wide ICT outage have been restored following the implementation of interim technical workarounds.
The outage commenced at approximately 3:00 am, affecting telecommunications and digital systems across multiple NT Government agencies, including Police, Health and Education.
Triple Zero (000) remained operational throughout the outage, and all Territory hospitals continued providing patient care.
The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD), supported by technical and service providers, has implemented workarounds to restore affected services.
DCDD is continuing to investigate the root cause and identify measures to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
