Congratulations to the 16 sporting and recreation clubs in the Central Goldfields Shire that have benefited from $1,000 in funding from the State Government’s Community Sport Sector Survival Package.
The 16 clubs include:

- Dunolly Bowling Club
- Maryborough and District Triathlon Club
- Maryborough Cricket Club
- Maryborough Lawn Tennis Club
- Maryborough Little Athletics Centre
- Carisbrook Bowling Club
- Laanecoorie-Dunolly Cricket Club
- Maryborough Golf Club
- Maryborough Swimming Club
- Talbot Golf Club
- Colts Phelans Cricket Club
- Maryborough and District Horse and Pony Club
- Maryborough Soccer Club
- Talbot Football Club
- Talbot Tennis Club
The grants aim to support players and volunteers and to help club’s return to competition quicker.
