Slight changes to customer service hours

Over-the-counter customer service operating hours at Council’s Spence Street and Earlville offices, will be slightly changed from Monday 3 February.

From Monday, Council’s Spence Street customer service counter will be open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, while the Earlville customer service desk will be open from 9am to noon.

Council’s call centre will continue to operate from 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Council will continue to offer an after-hours phone service for reporting urgent matters such as dog attacks and burst water or sewer mains.
