The Spencer Clinic fire was sudden and the staff at the North West Regional Hospital did an exceptional job to stand up emergency measures and help patients in need, under very difficult circumstances.
In the weeks since, staff at all our hospitals have come together as one health system to help patients, with interim measures in place while longer term solutions are worked through.
These measures will be announced as soon as they are finalised.
To now attack workers across our healthcare system for their amazing efforts purely for political reasons is an extraordinary new low from a party that continues to offer nothing but negativity.
