Penrith City Council welcomes the release of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to understand the plans to mitigate the impacts on residents and the environment with the opening of Western Sydney International (WSI) Airport.
This release of the draft EIS is a significant step towards realising the great opportunities the airport will bring for our City through increased jobs, infrastructure and investment.
Penrith City Council encourages the community to find out more about the airport, the EIS and flight paths by attending one of the Australian Government’s community information events.
