Stay well this winter

The good news is, getting your flu shot, and staying up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccinations, will help you, and the people around you, stay well.

Along with simple things like staying home if you’re unwell, these routine winter vaccinations can protect what’s most important to you.

How you can help yourself stay well:

  • getting your flu and COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible
  • keeping 1.5 metre distance between yourself and other people
  • washing or sanitising your hands often
  • coughing or sneezing into your elbow
  • wearing a face mask
  • ensuring there is good ventilation
  • staying home if you are unwell.

Doing this will help keep you and your friends, family and community well.
