Esperance Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Pink Lake, west of Esperance, on Monday 17 June 2024 in which two children were approached by two unknown people in a vehicle.
About 3:30pm, the two children, aged 10 and 11, were walking along Cherry Well Road, near Downes Street, when a vehicle stopped near to them.
There were two people inside the vehicle, a man and a woman, and the woman attempted to engage in conversation with the children before the vehicle sped off.
The vehicle is described a dark or black 4-door vehicle.
Anyone with information regarding this incident, or who has CCTV or dash-cam vision filmed in the Cherry Well Road and surrounding area between 3:00pm and 4:00pm, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
