Five of Australia’s leading country music singers have today been announced as the 2027 ‘Faces of the Festival’ for the Toyota 55th Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Adam Harvey, Amber Lawrence, Dear Tommie, Max Jackson and Robbie Mortimer will each play a role in promoting the Festival, taking place from 15 to 24 January. Representing different corners of country music, the five artists bring diverse audiences and a unique connection to the Festival.
Inducted into the Australasian Roll of Renown in 2026, Adam Harvey is no stranger to the Festival, having attended for the past 36 years.
“I am really honoured to be one of the faces of the Tamworth Country Music Festival in 2027.
“I just love the Festival and think it’s the most important 10 days of the year for any country music artist performing there.” Adam says.
While Robbie Mortimer says Tamworth has a unique way of bringing people together through music.
“The Tamworth Country Music Festival is where so many country music dreams begin. Having grown up in regional NSW and being part of the next generation of country artists coming through, it’s an incredible honour to represent a festival that is the heartbeat of our industry,” he says.
