Tenants move into former Gladstone serviced apartment complex turned public housing

  • Regional Housing Limited will manage the complex and provide onsite support to residents

The first six households have already moved in to new public housing in Gladstone Central.

The former serviced apartment complex is the Palaszczuk Government’s latest addition to social housing in the region and includes 33 two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit.

Community housing provider Regional Housing Limited (RHL) will manage the property and offers are being made to potential tenants for the remaining 28 units.
