Thirst Creative Captures the Magic in Gaming Development for Wicked Workshop

Thirst Creative recently partnered with game development studio Wicked Workshop, part of Keyword Studios, to create a new brand identity that truly symbolises the gaming intellect and quirk for which the studio is known.

Formerly known as ‘Wicked Witch’, Wicked Workshop is made up of incredible gaming developers, artists, and designers creating AAA PC and console games that allow players to immerse themselves, escape and conquer. As the organisation evolved, it needed a brand identity reflecting the magic inherent in Wicked’s craft.

The new name and insight-driven brand strategy unearthed their essence and tagline of ‘magic is in the making.’ The custom-illustrated brand mark of a one-eyed cat has become a ‘mascot,’ and together with the modern typography, reflects the magic inherent in Wicked’s craft.
