Police will address the media following the arrest of three senior Finks outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) members over the alleged extortion of a man in Sydney’s north-west.
In April this year, detectives from the State Crime Command’s Raptor Squad established Strike Force Gilruth to investigate the alleged extortion of a 45-year-old male shopkeeper by members of the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang (OMCG) in Sydney’s north-west.
Following extensive investigations, Raptor Squad executed six search warrants at homes at Chatswood, North Richmond, North St Marys, Tregear, Bidwell, and Raymond Terrace from 6am yesterday (Wednesday 2 June 2021).
Three senior members of the Finks OMCG were arrested and charged during the operation.
