Transforming Cook Street Reserve, Flinders

Cook Street Flinders - Concept Plan.jpg

In response to community feedback, we have updated the Flinders Master Plan with a renewed focus on Cook Street Reserve. The community, with Flinders Community Association as a main driver, told us they wanted to transform this space that connects Cook and Barker Streets (locally known as the Common) and bring it to life.

The main improvements include:

  • New gathering places
  • Performance spaces
  • Native gardens
  • Improved accessibility
  • Improved amenity.

The Master Plan is now available for the community to view and provide feedback on. We would like to know if we got the plan for Cook Street Reserve right? Please share your thoughts with us.

Community consultation is open from 16 October – 30 November.

Have your say at: mornpen.vic.gov.au/flindersmp. Hard copy feedback form is also available from our Customer Support Centres in Hastings, Rosebud and Mornington.
